Located at the Minute Man Air Field, the Cafe serves a unique Day Menu available from 8am to 3pm where guests may order the meal of their choice. One may have a cheeseburger at 8am or enjoy thick French Toast with real maple syrup at noon. Nancy also serves a full Dinner Menu on Friday and Saturday evenings.
