After years of fielding queries about what kind of menu we offer, I’ve settled on “autobiographical”. I’ve lived abroad and traveled extensively, always returning home with vivid “taste memories” that then turned into recipes for my comfort food. I’m always happy when I cook them because these flavors and smells recount many fond times. I think that the personal connection to my dishes on the menu is a way to show my guests that I care about them.
So, when you see Middle Eastern dishes beside Mediterranean or South American, you will know it’s all coming from my heart. Many of these dishes have great stories behind them and I look forward to sharing them with you.
