Welcome to Nancy’s Air Field Café, serving farm to table cuisine since 1996. We source our ingredients locally whenever possible with quality and freshness leading selection priorities. We choose organic products provided the cost is reasonable. Flavor is most important in our final recipes whether nuanced in a perfectly cooked organic egg or full blown in house-made spice blends. Most of Nancy’s offerings include fresh herbs plucked straight from the kitchen garden by the door. Our menus, inspired by the fruits and harvests of the season, may change from time to time according to the availability of specialty products and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
We are proud to serve organic and free range eggs, hormone-free, farm-raised Atlantic salmon, chicken breasts/steaks without preservatives, hormones or artificial ingredients, farm fresh and humanely care for lamb and pork, and a wide selection of locally grown and produced ingredients prepared with care for your enjoyment.
